This is a Gold Open Access journal, meaning that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without needing prior permission from the publisher or the author. This follows the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access.

License & Copyright

The Innovative Computing and Communication: An International Journal (ICC Journal) applies the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license to all published articles. Under this license, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their content, while allowing others to download, reuse, reprint, modify, distribute, and/or copy the content, as long as the original authors and source are properly cited. Proper attribution can be provided by simply citing the original article.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

All articles published in ICC Journal are Gold Open Access. To maintain free access for readers and cover the costs of peer review, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management, a one-time article processing charge (APC) of 50 USD (US Dollars) applies to papers accepted after peer review.

• The journal does not charge a submission fee, and there are no fees for rejected articles.
• The length of an article, figures, or supplementary data are not subject to additional fees by the journal.
• Certain items, including Editorials, Corrections, Addendums, Retractions, Comments, etc., are published free of charge.

VAT and Sales Tax

Local VAT or sales tax may apply if applicable.

Waiver until 2025

The journal currently offers a waiver for all Article Processing Charges (APCs), and these charges will remain waived until the end of 2025.
